'GROW' is a national organisation that provides a peer supported program for personal growth and development for people affected by mental illness, and those people experiencing difficulties coping with life's challenges. On 4th October they are running an anti-stigma campaign  as "anyone can have an odd day"  

To increase support for their campaign GROW is encouraging people to don an odd pair of socks, take a 'selfie' (photo of themselves)  and send it with a message of support, so that it can be posted onto their website and facebook page.
